Hitoyoshi Yokai Market

The Yokai Marche was held in Hitoyoshi, a city trying to recover from the natural disaster of the Kuma River flooding caused by torrential rains. Food trucks and yokai artists set up stalls, and yokai overflowed the Reconstruction Container Marche. The fox mask-making workshop was a huge hit with children, with all the masks sold out within two hours of the start.

The yokai parade took place mainly in Kajiyacho, Hitoyoshi. People passing by were overwhelmed by the unfamiliar atmosphere of another world. NHK was also there to cover the event, creating a lively atmosphere in Hitoyoshi.
