Edogawa Yokai Exhibition - Legends of 100 Space-Time Yokai

A hundred demons appear in Edogawa! A journey of monsters that transcends time and space

In the fall of 2025, Shinkawa Sakurakan will be transformed into a space-time intersection for monsters!
We will be holding an event where you can experience yokai culture, which has continued from ancient times to the present and into the future, through experiences and exhibits.
On the first day, November 1st, there will be special events worth seeing, such as the fantastical "Shinkawa Hyakki Yakou" parade along the Shinkawa River and the "Yokai Wasen" boat! Both adults and children can enjoy it ♪

■ Exhibition contents

• Wandering exhibitsThe exhibition, themed "Yokai Culture of the Past, Present, and Future," will be held throughout the venue. From serious folklore-based exhibits to children's exhibits, there is something for everyone to enjoy. In the center of the exhibition hall is a giant yokai sculpture modeled on time and space, created by the Shodoshima Yokai Art Museum! Don't miss this stunning piece of contemporary art. The giant yokai sculpture displays masks by contemporary yokai artists.
